Leyna’s near death experience
Since we didn’t want to contribute to Chile’s stray dog problem, we decided to get Leyna fixed. We just went and picked her up, and she’s doing well. Apparently she lost a lot of blood during the surgery and her heart stopped beating and she stopped breathing, but they were able to bring her back after some transfusions. She’s now starting to wake up a little and is getting more active. She even went out and peed! Tonight, Steve and I plan to pamper her and watch some movies.
