Yum!!!! How do they taste? What are you going to make with them? I LOVE dried apricots (hint hint – if you dry them, they might last until our visit in the summer).

That’s so cool! Only in Chile… Maybe you can make some apricot jam. It goes really well with baked brie and fillo dough.
